1. Tikki

- Raw banana (large) – 2 nos.

- Yogurt (optional) – 1/4 cup
- Oil (for frying) – Little
- Salt – to taste
Instructions
- Peel and mash the bananas. Peel the bananas and mash them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the spices and herbs. Add the cumin seeds, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
- Add the breadcrumbs and vegetables. Add the breadcrumbs, grated carrot, grated beetroot, and chopped cilantro to the bowl. Mix well.
- Add the lemon juice and yogurt (if using). Add the lemon juice and yogurt (if using) to the bowl. Mix well.
- Shape into patties. Divide the mixture into 6-8 portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Fry the tikkis. Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil over medium heat. Fry the tikkis until they are golden brown on both sides.

- Raw banana – 2
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey – 1 tablespoon

Process
- Peel the raw banana and add them to a blender.
- Add the yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom powder to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes (if need a thicker consistency)
- Blend again until the ice is crushed.

Process
- Peel the raw banana and slice them into thin rounds.

Process
