Plum Cake Recipe Ingredients
- Flour flour – 1 1/2 glasses
- Powdered sugar- 1 glass
- Sunflower oil… 3 quarters glasses

- Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Black grapes – 3 quarters glasses
- Dates – 3 quarters glasses
- Cashew nuts – half a glass
- almonds – half a glass
- Garam masala powder – half a tea-spoon..
- White Sesame Seeds – A little
- Water – 1 glass

How to make
First, caramelize one glass of powdered sugar, it should not burn. It should be a thick-bottomed vessel. When it turns golden, pour one glass of water. Add three-quarters of a cup of sunflower oil to it and boil it. Then add three-quarters of a glass of black raisins and stir it. When the heat decreases a little, add three-quarters of a glass of chopped dates, cashews, almonds, and white raisins (a glass of everything is enough, more or less is okay) and stir it. Let it sit there and cool down well.
You can add dry fruits as per your choice (tutti fruity, cherry, etc.)
Now let’s prepare the powder. Sift one and a half glasses of maida, baking powder, and baking soda well.
In a jar, add two eggs, salt, and vanilla essence and beat it. Slowly beat in the remaining ingredients, no big lumps are needed.
When the caramel mix is ready, add the eggs and mix. It should cool down otherwise the egg will burn. A little heat is okay.
Now add some sifted powder to it and mix it, add some powdered garam masala (black pepper, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg) and the batter is ready.
Now, to put the cake, even an aluminum pan is enough. Brush oil in it, add flour and beat it…
Then pour it into it and beat it.
Heat a cooker or any heavy-bottomed pan on gas. Take out the whistle and change it. Put a ring inside and let it cook for ten minutes. After it gets hot, put the cake in the sim and cover it and bake it on full flame for a minute or two. After that, bake it on the lowest flame. After 45 minutes, prick it. It will smell good when cooked. The difference between the newspaper and the fire the cooking time will vary.
You can decorate the batter with white sesame seeds, cashew nuts etc. while putting it.
After frying, you can spread a little ghee on top. It is okay even if it is sunflower oil.
