- Onion – 70 gm

- Chat Masala – 3 gm
- Amul Ghee – 30 gm
- Lemon Wedge – 50 gm
- Pickle – 35 gm
Method
- Cut paneer into 1” cubes and vegetable as well.
- Marinate with Yoghurt and all spices and keep for 30 minutes.
- In a skewer put paneer, tomato, onion, bell pepper and repeat the process again.
- Cook in tandoor for 5-8 minutes.
- Brush ghee and serve with onion salad, lemon wedge, Pickle and mint chutney.
2. Paneer Tikka Masala
Ingredients
- Paneer tikka – 1 portion
- Red chilli powder – 3 gm
- Chat masala – 2 gm
- Garam masala – 2 gm
- Tomato – onion gravy 1 portion
- Coriander – 10 gm
- Ginger – 10 gm
- Cumin Seed – 5 gm
- Green Chilly – 10 gm
- Amul Ghee – 30 gm
Method
- As per recipe prepare paneer tikka.
- Melt ghee and fry cumin seed and then add spices and paneer tikka.
- Add tomato-onion gravy and cook for 5 minutes. Check for seasoning.
- Garnish with chopped coriander, green chili and julienned ginger.
3. Paneer Amritsari
Ingredients
- Paneer – 300 gm
- Chat Masala – 3 gm
- Chilli Powder – 10 gm
- Chick-Peas Powder – 10 gm
- Turmeric Powder – 5 gm
- Salt – 2 gm
- Water – 100 ml
- Onion – 20 gm
- Carrot – 10 gm
- Ajowan Seed – 5 gm
- Bell Pepper – 10 gm
- Mint Chutney – 1 portion
- Vegetable Oil – 60 ml
- Pickle – 30 gm
- Lemon Wedge – 30 gm
Method
1. Cut paneer into 1” squares.
2. Mix chick-pea powder and all spices and water.
3. Dip paneer in the batter and deep fry.
4. Serve with onion salad, lemon wedge, and mint chutney.
4. Paneer Kadai
Ingredients
- Paneer – 200 gm
- Garam Masala – 3 gm
- Coriander Leaves – 10 gm
- Red Chilli Powder – 4 gm
- Ginger – 10 gm
- Onion – 20 gm
- Green Pepper – 30 gm
- Amul Ghee – 20 gm
- Tomato – 30 gm
- Tomato Onion Gravy – ½ portion
- Makhani Gravy – ½ portion
Method
- Clean and chop tomato, onion and coriander.
- Cut paneer into 1.5 cm cubes. Deep fry and put in cold water.
- Melt ghee and fry cumin. Then add onion and tomato and saute for a while.
- Add paneer and gravies and check for seasoning.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and julienned ginger.
5. Palak Paneer
Ingredients
- Paneer – 100 gm
- Amul Ghee – 30 gm
- Spinach – 250 gm
- Onion – 20 gm
- Garlic – 10 gm
- Tomato – 30 gm
- Kasoori Methi – 5 gm
- Whipping Cream – 50 ml
- Butter – 20 gm
- Salt – 2-3 gm

Method
- Blanch spinach and make puree.
