Ingredients
- Small onions – 10 pcs
- Green beans – 500 gm
- Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
- Ground chillies – 1 pcs
- Salt, curry leaves – as needed
- Green chillies – 2 pcs
How to Cook
Cut the green beans into very small squares and cook them in a cooker with salt and water as needed. Clean the small onions and add grated chillies and green chillies and crush them in a mortar. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the crushed mixture and fry.
When the onions change color, add the cooked green beans and stir. Mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then add curry leaves. You can also prepare Chips with yam in the same way.
2. Potato Chips

- Tomato – 1 piece (small)
- Oil – 3 tablespoons
- Salt, turmeric powder – as needed
How to Cook
Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook with salt. Add the onion, chillies, tomatoes and curry leaves and grind them well. Heat oil in a pan and when the mustard seeds crackle, add the grated jaggery and fry it.
After 3-4 minutes, add the boiled potatoes and mix well, add salt and turmeric powder as required. Cook it on medium flame without covering it. When the potatoes are cooked well, you can turn off the stove. You can also prepare chips with kappa in the same way.
3. Potato Grate
Ingredients
- Potatoes – ½ kg
- Salt – as needed
- Chili powder – 3 tablespoons

How to Cook?
Wash the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. No need to peel them. Add chili powder and salt to them and cook them in a cooker. Do not overcook them. Three-quarters of the time they are cooked is enough. Spread these pieces on a flat plate and dry them in the sun for 3-4 days. You can eat them fried in oil with tomato rice, lemon rice, or as a snack in the evening.
4. Coconut Vada
