Easy Breakfast Ingredients
- Flour – 4 cups
- Chicken – 800g
- Rice – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tablespoon

- Kashmiri chillies – 2 tablespoons
- Green chillies – 4
- Lemon juice
- Fresh cream – 2 tablespoons
- Onion – 3
- Garamma masala
- Kasoori methi
- Salt
- Cardamom
- Black peppercorns

Easy Breakfast Process
First, put the rice and water in a mixer jar and grind it. Put the flour in the bowl. Add enough salt and oil to it. Mix it well. Add the ground rice. Knead it.
Put the flour in a chapati stone and knead it. Add some oil and keep it to rest. Make it long and place it on the chapati stone. Cut it. Roll each piece out. Take each one and spread it. Make a dust on a chapati stone. Spread it. Brush oil on top. Fold it from each end. Spread each one. Then cook on low heat.
Fry well and transfer to a bowl. Mix chicken, Kashmiri chili green chili, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, fresh cream, and lemon juice well. Place in a roaster.

2. Soft Wheat Puri without Oil

Ingredients
- Wheat powder – 2 cups
- Maida – 1 cup
- Semolina – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – enough
- Coconut oil – 1 1/2
To make the puri, first take a bowl. Take 2 cups of wheat powder in it. Also take a cup of maida. Add 2 tablespoons of semolina and enough salt. Add one and a half tablespoons of oil to this and mix all these well.
Now add 2 cups of water little by little and knead it. Now grease some coconut oil in it and cover the bowl. After roasting for 20 minutes, make small balls of the dough for the puri. You can also grease a chapati press with oil and spread it. Now put a pan in the oven. Pour oil into it.
Bake the puri on medium flame. A good soft puri is ready.
